To have the animals be safe, we must first have the human to fill safe. As long as greed or hunger is around they will not be safe. First we must make the hunger or greed of human living around the animals be taking care of, then we can save their life. A poor hungry or greedy man can not and will not care about any others around him. West is secure and well living, that is why in the west you can see more animal lovers than other part of the world.
