the camera was placed right next to the intake fan on the front of my PC case, that's what you're hearing. the drobo is louder than a standard external hard drive w/fan, but not too bad. afterall, it does cool 4 hard drives.

I think that's from the computer or recording. Drobo has a fan in the back. User raoulpop has a video but it doesn't sound as loud as this.
