I don't know what kind of job interview you have. Maybe it's okay for the company you are going. But I bet your supervisor, you boss and your manager won't dress like this.
@terezac93 There's nothing to do with "getting a job" and "ppl who over dress". I know a lot of companies in the states don't require dress so seriously. But even over dress isn't a bad thing. Managers and supervisors always dress seriously.

But at least they look professional. This outfit may be ok for interview for a position like an assistant. But I never see people talking big business dress like this.

i know of NO work place where that short skirt would be appropriate. also if i had anyone show up for an interview in that skirt i would not take them serious.
I think there should be a disclaimer in this video description saying this is only relevant for retail positions.. First of all, if you are to wear a skirt to an interview, it needs to be knee-length with a neutral hose. Also, a closed toe solid color(black) pump with a short heel is recommended for shoes. Your hair should be neat and simple(no random big bow to distract them). If you are going to wear a dress, you need a blazer on top and it should be knee-length and a solid neutral color.

If you were going for a simple interview like at a mall boutique where the clientele are under the age of 21 then some of your syling tips would work. However, that skirt was too short, that white patterned anchor dress is a little middle school, you should NEVER wear jeans and you should never wear a white bra under a white blouse.

I agree, rule of thumb ur skirt needs to be within 1 to 2 inches above ur knee for an employer to take you serious.
