If you'd like to find out the truth check out the links and I'd also suggest reading the international court case Nicaragua vs the US where the United States was convicted of terrorism in the murder of 60,000 people. Fort Benning, Georgia. Protests take place there every year. Now over 20,000 people attend and in fact there was mention on network news last year. There was also a bill on shutting it down in Congress.

There are numerous historical events where the US has supported terrorism, meaning our own form of it which is often hidden by the term counter insurgency. I'd like to make one other point on your comment about "changing things from the inside". What has forced change historically has been pressure from activism, not leaders. The population needs to force their hand. If you notice Obama has made that call to us. That we need to make the changes or he will not be able to implement such policies that are good for the population. It's a very important point. Read the book by Howard Zinn "A Peoples History Of The United States".

Actually in a sense they do. The CIA has been reporting for decades to every administration that our corrupt foriegn policy would produce blowback incidents such as 9/11. The reality is our leaders found their agendas more important than the death of 3000 of it's citizens along with the nonsensical wars that follow. Many people can't stand giving tax dollars to the poor which helps stabilize the whole, but don't mind giving tax dollars to train soldiers from other countries to commit atrocities. What Canadiens are used for has zero relevance. Canada is involved in the western economic system. The CIA and corporations are funding these activities using the soldiers from the school. Thats a fact, period. So that means the US is involved in the atrocities. This isn't a riddle and your comparison is pointless. Plus, the fact is the manuals have been read and they break Geneva Conventions. How many times do I have to say this? Personel who taught at the school agreed torture was taught.

I think one needs to understand what terrorism is. It's the threat or use of force for religeous, political or economic gain. Since the graduates in league with the CIA/corporations and dictatorships in Central/South America used violence for political and econmic gain and that all US interventions there were illegal it is nothing short of terrorism. In fact in Nicaragua, one of the smaller US crimes had the US convicted of terrorism by the International court for the murder 30,000 people.

I have done my homework. The graduates have been responsible for massive atrocities - period. That's not in question. The manuals were read and people who trained there themselves claimed they used torture techniques breaking Geneva conventions. Go to the links - you are the one who hasn't done research and obviously can't see the big picture of US interventionism. Truly sad. I suppose the witnesses and the bill H.R, 1707 are just nonsense?
