I've observed you already got the habit of Japanese leaning their heads to the side when their trying to explain something. I think you mentioned about it in your other videos about mannerisms? And about Japanese mannerism of sucking air through their closed teeth when explaining, you said it was a sign they're saying no. But I think they also do that when they find it hard to explain something. And it comes with leaning their head sidewards. You're turning Japanese! *smile*

What a contrast, for me at least. We married very young and chose a full church wedding near my parents because of that. It wasn't for friends, really and the wind up to a Catholic wedding is all about the marriage and takes about six months to get through. The the decor for the wedding and where to hold the reception barely came into it.

So, in Japan, it's all about decor and where to hold it and still takes six months! Eek the money.

I find it interesting that they imitate their weddings off of our style of weddings. It's so neat to see their interpretation of how we do things.

Also, those personal questions really threw me off. I find that really surprising, and to be honest a bit intrusive. I'd feel really weird answering stuff like that to them...

I attended my sister in-laws wedding last September at Meiji Jingu & the reception was at a beautiful wedding centre nearby with separate sections catering to various themes. The wedding was an awesome Shinto wedding ceremony I enjoyed immensely & I had a 5 minute speech in Japanese language at the reception that I practiced for about 5 hours lol...look forward to your following vids & just by co-inky dink, I uploaded our wedding vid from 1999 just yesterday, only it was on the beach in Oz.
