Obama is ending harsh interrogation methods due to ethics concerns. The CIAs job is now harder but its the right thing to do, Obama assures them. Obama does not apply this same logic to abortion. Why not? Okay, you get an unwanted pregnancy. The easy way out is an abortion. But the ethical way out is to go through with having the baby. Sure, your job will be harder but its the right thing to do.

the issue of abortion is handled in the legislative and judicial branches. a law...and then, if neccessary a case to see whether that law is constitutional...

obama cant control whether or not abortion is legal...aside from the justices he may potentially appoint...justices which will probably uphold a womans right to choose.

Do you really think that that is a well-reasoned argument? The war in Afghanistan is not going well, therefore the interrogation techniques used there must not be effective. You don't think it may be because of the low troop levels, the lack of focus on that conflict for the past 6 years, the unpopular Afghan head of state, or the opium trade?
