  • Teresa de Jesus. The movie is three DVD's and can be obtained from many Catholic stores that sell books and Catholic DVD's. It is hours and hours of pure bliss

  • Hey... Where did you find this? It's wonderful! Do you know what chant this is and what they are saying?

  • Thanks for your comment - the music is original recording made in the fifties, and remastered, and is possibly still available in amazon. The title of cd is "Salve Regina" and is chanted by Benedictine Monks - more detail is in the movie info.

    the first chant was the Ave Verum, I think by Pope Innocent VI;

    the second was Adoro Te Devote, written by St. Thomas Aquinas for the then-newly-instituted feast of Corpus Christi;

    the third was Sub Tuum Praesidium, which I have read was a very early - possibly the first- prayer composed for Our Lady, maybe in Egypt?
