Black- Black is clean easier to race in at night with the lights off its just all better.

I got mine in white in March. I love it, personally I think it is the best color. However it is annoying to keep clean, I have to wash it every weekend, although it gives me a sense of pride when I do so. Black is really nice as well, the only problem is that over time the paint, if parked outside, will fade awade. It all depends on how long you plan on keeping the car. Also you can black out the black civic which is always a plus. On the flip side yellow fog lights look nice on the white.

There is no lack of power before vtec, just an increase in it. RX-8's are nice, but are nothing compared to the SI...With the SI, you get much more bang for your buck, and you can drive the shit out of the SI, and it never fights back. It's just simply a great car. Plus, RX-8's are really heavy and the SI is really light and has the same power to weight ratio as an 08 350z...and even more important gas mileage, and reliability. Honda Does it better than Mazda.

honda has NOT fix the 2nd and 3rd gear problems up to 08 i dont know about the 09's but i know all the way up to 08 the si do have 2nd and 3rd gear problems. I would imagine the -09 would have it b/c its the same car
