@TheTomasito1971 look for dj kawasaki, hiroshi okubo, seikou nagaoka, those will help get you started. The problem is that this music has a category all its own. It's not quite house, chill, etc. Hiroshi Okubo produced the R4 soundtrack. He's what you're looking for.

The music in ridge racer was really good. Dont know what you would call it exactly, its pretty close to Uk garage though which is an awesome genre. rr racing evolution had some good music too, and the game imo was very good, the story was good and so was the gameplay. More fun than GT.

@omegaweapon116 actually it had pretty awesome graphics and effects. Especially when you're driving around in that stage (forgot what it's called, but it was night) and you would go through the tunnels with the mezmerizing shine on the car's body... it's priceless.

@omegaweapon116 i have an original copy of this game, well 2 actualy, one i play all the time and one thats mint condition and never been opened. while the graphics are not up to modern standards back then they wer ahead of most others if not on line with them.

classic game that never gets old no matter how much you play it. i will always have a place in my heart for this game.
