I hate to say it, but if Carrie Ann and Len hadn't hated the fact that JR and Karina included lifts (and that Len hadn't said there was elements of a lindy hop) in their jive, they would have had the encore.
i loved this dance!!! Derek always succeeds in making the best of his partners! that is the key to his success on DWTS. Ricki was on fire! she looked soooo damn good! plus he is HOT beyond belief!!!!
For some reason Derek Hough has been able to bring out the dancer in all of his partners regardless of skill and talent. I think that he is like a good luck charm. I think it's cool that each of his prior partners have scored at least a 10 from one of the judges panels. I hope that he continues his winning streak.
I thought that Ricki Lake was going to be the underdog, wow. Derek really is a talented dancer.
