However, I am the singer in my band and when it comes to covering a Misfits song I prefer Danzig since it's more in my vocal range.

It's hard for me to like the "new" Misfits. Most of this stuff is just rehashed Kryst the Conqueror stuff. I'd have had more respect for them had they just continued with what they were doing rather than steal the Misfits name just because Kryst wasn't selling. It was bad power metal but at least it was theirs. Doyle's guitar playing in Kryst was excellent.. The could have just reformed the band and renamed it with Graves and the horror image.and still done well, I think.

He should find it more to his liking. Most real metalheads would probably find this incarnation of the Misfits kind of campy and a little too commercial.
