  • I never bend over, even when dropping something; mostly because I don't like the posture. But now, I think that it's a good habit: always bend my knees.

  • It happened suddenly and the pain streches fro lower back to the leg. What are treatment possibities?

  • @60muvi1 Physical therapy sometimes, other surgery. I had surgery in 2000, need it again.

  • hay i sure you would no if you had this as the pain is agony im going through it myself and its hell

  • Great video. I wonder if this is what I got since I do feel slightly weak legs.

  • laying is better than sitting- walking is better than standing. Prevent too high forces at backbones, and in some way it depends on a natural "behaviour".

  • I have 2 herniated discs at L4-L5 and

L5-S1. The L4-L5 disc is sticking outwards, and the poor vertabra has extruded inwards!! Man, the pain!!!!!

  • i have this disk protrusion (6mm) just stopped working 2 weeks ago because company didnt give a shit n had me lifting heavy shit anyway

  • I stock for my job. Bend those knees!

  • this shit make me crazy...

  • i have scoliosis. 13 9 degrees pronation

    is it serious

  • & remember always bend your knees when lifting!

  • @steam0001 but then you're just ruining your knees. the pressure has to go somewhere. you're just relocating it, not removing it.
