laying is better than sitting- walking is better than standing. Prevent too high forces at backbones, and in some way it depends on a natural "behaviour".

I have 2 herniated discs at L4-L5 and
L5-S1. The L4-L5 disc is sticking outwards, and the poor vertabra has extruded inwards!! Man, the pain!!!!!
