Don't take this the wrong way, but I like the comic better. The CGI and sound just isn't what my imagination provides when I read the comic. Still, you're doing a great job, it's just you have a lot of room for improvement. You seem to be learning fast, though. Keep up the good work.
Wow! You've excelled yourself! This is a really cool action packed peace. it is still a great hope of mine that I can perform in a future episode of Second Empire. I'm experimenting with voices and that so I can fit the humanoid inflection. Great work man, Like box definetely ticked, lol.
@theseus27 The Dalek voices are done like this because these Daleks are meant to be more of a people, or a culture, than the 2 dimensional villains that are in the tv show. I really like how odd some of them sound, like the Imperial leader. Dalekidea sounds decidedly normal next to everyone else, lol.
@TheCastellan I agree they had MORE personality, in the Daleks and some individuality in the chase, but still not to the degree of second empire's characters
Some great CGI models, love some of the technology and all the different bits on the Daleks and different colours and weapons. But yeah I agree, the voice performances aren't brilliant. The modulation isn't too bad.
@robot2rusty Im not exactly sure as we are working on episodes 3 - 5 together so we can release them on a regular basis ill keep you all posted on whats happening though
exellent work! can i make a suggestion? you should try to make the explosions with adobe after effects with action movie essentials, they will look real
beutifully rendered really nice work on that , one thing may i ask of you would i possibly be able to have a copy of that sound effect which you must have taen from the dalek invasion of earth movie used in the space ship small room with xenol , that would help loads with my dalek storys . thanks mate
Wow, you've outdone yourself, this is really cool, the combat scenes especially. Nathan's voice really stands out from the crowd too, I like the Imperial commanders deep croaky voice too. The animation is top notch as usual. As I said before, I'd be honoured if you could find a part or two for me to play in a future episode! :) Cant wait for part three mate, I hope Xenol survives!

I've only just discovered the comic, but I find this and your version interesting. Lol at Xenol "kicking" the Dalek at 4:59, he is badass.

Only one small gripe from me though.The Dalek voices were not menacing enough.
They could have done with a more menacing tone, like the Death to the Daleks video you made some time ago.
I still give the video a thumbs up though... :D

The 60's Daleks were a little more 3 dimensional, with individual voices, personalities and such.
