Hey am in the beginner stages of my t shirt company. I could really use that machine of ours if the price is right pls respond back with ant info you have that might help in this process
This one has a brighter image for sure. And it is a lot quieter. Check out my videos for tutorials on screen printing and heat transferring tee shirts. Questions welcome.
considering 6pl per dot - consider a square inch of 1440*720 wich equals to 1036800 dots...
considering having I-Dot Cyan Ink (1 Liter) wich costs $249.00...divide the price in picoliters and multiply by 6..the result is 0,000000001494 dollars each 6 picoliters( so each DOT)..now..let's multiply it by a square inch and the result is 0,0015489792 USD per INCH at 100% COVERAGE...
just anohter consideration...a square foot costs 0,2230530048 USD......
yeah dude....this is "WAY TOO EXPENSIVE" without even considering the fact that thousands dollar machines are built in the same way this printer was built....
at 150$ per printer , 10 of them will costs 1500 $ (wich is less than a common A4 DTG printer ) and the production rate would be an hour divided by 5 per 10..so..300 per hour....SOUNDS GOOD TO ME... :-)
they may even share the same CIS in parallel...so to reduce ink replacing time ;-)
nice video keep up the good work! the dtg ink looks alot brighter and better then the original print also have u tried using black tees and screenprinting a white base? not sure if this is a possible solution but let me know ur findings

what the hell are you talking about........
cost depends on coverage percentage per ink...

what happen after u wash it ? did u heat press it after printing ? or provide any protection coating ?
darenongsuejan 3 years ago
some DTG inks don't need any coating or any heat pression...so...durability depends on ink producer claims...

excellent, really. Not quite market ready at 5 minutes a shirt :) but kudos non-the-less.
