that looks great but I am always amazed that some british cooks use so little seasoning a pinch salt can't flavor all that if it had a little bit more YUM... The dish looks very good as an American I can appreciate diverse foods I guess we use more seasonings but who knows maybe that is not always a good thing... you are a Great teacher
