I have a question. I had recently made an order to ELF, on July 29th to be exact. It's the first time I've ordered from them and had purchased around 40 dollars worth. On Friday, I had saw that they had just shipped out my order. I live in Toronto so I was wondering if anyone knew how long it may take to be delivered?

If anyone can help who has recently received an order from them who live in the GTA that would be awesome! Thanks.

I have a question and I was wondering if anyone could help me:

I live in Western Canada, & ordered around $60 worth of stuff last week, so it said on the website that I have to pay for provincial tax, custom tax, and 6% or something etc. Do you know how much it is? And also if they charge that tax fee directly to your credit card or if you're supposed to pay in person when they ship it to you? Because they never showed the amount at the checkout on the site.

Hi I live in Toronto Canada and I have ordered several times from ELF and the amount is always over 20 dollars. I have always gotten the products in under 2 weeks, never paid any customs fees or additional charges! I don't know if this happens for anyone else but I would say go fir placing larger orders, seems safe!

@BabeJae Yeah, i had second thoughts about it too. I live in toronto, and i got my order in a week unexpectedly. Everything was actually nice, however one of my eyeshadow brush had something sticked to it like it was damaged :P hope this helps and I paid by moneyorder since i didn't have a credit card :(

I live in Canada, and the only place I found something from elf, was at the dollerama, there was a Total Face Brush, and I love it. I don't know were to get it in stores, I don't want to buy things online. That's the only thing that was at the dollerama from elf.

Hey, I am from Canada and just wanted to share a few shopping secrets I used when I ordered at the beginning of this week. First off, I used a coupon, "ECTUTAY" and got 25% off. AWESOME deal. I also learned a shipping trick online, if you don't sign into your account, put what you want in the shopping bag, then checkout and use Paypal, you get your shipping for $6.95 like the US. And since I went in on the order with a few others, it was FREE. So regularly $150 bucks, got it for $107 :)

i just recently heard that elf is selling your personnal info(ie credit card #) and yeah its all a scam..i am going to order soon but i dont know what to think anymore.. i tried looking it up and nobody had problems..but im still not sure..what should i dO? cuz my rents will KILL me if they get credi card hacked.... :\

@PregnantWhaleOnE this order was to Toronto when I made the video, but I live in Montreal. They mean that if your order is over 20, you may have to pay extra fees that the government will charge you from importing products across the US/Canada border. Hope that helps

You probably got your package fast because you live in Ontario. ELF ships it's products from Newyork and the border isn't that far appart from the two. I live in Vancouver , i just made an order with them and it took them 5 days just to process the order. it's been about 6 business days since i made the order but only 1-2 business days since it's been shipped. hope it comes fast.

So I was wondering which E.L.F. products did you buy and how much were they before and after the discounted price in CAD? The brushes and studio line products are definitely worth getting. I haven't ever used dollar store makeup but I imagine it really depends on which product you choose from ELF as some are better than others!

Thanks, but it would be a bit of hassle for me... getting their permission, and them shipping it over here/coming to see me/me coming to see them, and a lot faster to just ship it to my address. But I guess that is always an option : )
