The main story is that missionaries try to bring Mormonism to Uganda and find that this all-American religion is really applicable to the issues that face the people of Uganda (Dysentery, aids, baby rape, clitoral circumcision etc). So Elder Cunningham tweaks the story ("Making Things Up Again") so that it might help them.
