  • i thought those were ex seaboard GP16s

  • They're GP7's rebuilt into GP16's back in the early 80's, & had a more stout 1600HP EMD 645, intead of the original 567 that it had previously. A few other mods were removal of the dynamic brakes, & a new operator stand in the cab. They can change their look, but they're still GP7's at heart.
