They're GP7's rebuilt into GP16's back in the early 80's, & had a more stout 1600HP EMD 645, intead of the original 567 that it had previously. A few other mods were removal of the dynamic brakes, & a new operator stand in the cab. They can change their look, but they're still GP7's at heart.

Wrong. These are South Central Florida Express locomotives out of Clewiston, Fl and owned by US Sugar Corp.
