UP Double Stack Train Heading South Out Of Oroville, CA

I think this just off the Baggett-Marysville Road, but I could be wrong.  What I would like to know is, when did the Baggett Marysville road close? That road used to take you out to Biggs, if I remember right. The Oroville - Portola areas were my old stomping grounds, as they used to say. Born and grew up in that area.

Going off of Google Maps, I guess it was on Baggett-Palermo Road, between Ophir Road and Baggett-Marysville Road.

I don't live in Oroville, so I don't know if that makes any sense.
