The fact that this song is still around is scary crazy to me! I have not heard this song since I was a child and now it sounds so scary to know that people still listen to this stuff in todays day and age. What scared me most is that I remembered the words so well. The brainwashing that happens to children really works and it is very sad to think that it is still happening. I am glad that I learned to think without the blinders on. I am so much happier knowing the real truth!

I've loved this song for over 12 years. But I don't believe in the Rapture, or that the Christian God is the only way to salvation. I'm more of a theosophist mixed with a little bit of everything. Hopefully others can be understanding of the personal decisions I've made about my own faith, and realize that although there are disagreements, your conclusion is not any better than mine. I have to telly you that not believing won't make it not true. You can't believe in God, the Bible and pick and choose from the Bible what we want to believe. Jesus is the only way per his own words. You can't make your own faith and it be valid. God created the universe and everything in it. He set down the rules. If everyone in it were allowed to make their own rules, everyone would be living a lie. We are sure of our destination and the truth.

I disagree. It does say in the Bible that a rapture will happen. If it didn't say, I would be adding things to the Bible/Gods word, and It would be sinning to do so. It does say of a rapture however in 1 thessalonians 4:16-18. It is not something made up on a limb. We can still be friends however, for I am not nieve. I realize not all people will agree on this. WHY? Because I can read the Bible and it can mean something totally different to me then you. So not everyone will agree on everything.

The Bible clearly states that all prophesies have been made and some yet to be fulfilled in the timeframe God wills. We've been given "signs of the end times", but who are we to think we can read the mind of God? There is no rapture, and mankind does not have the authority to decide to add to God's already divinely set plans. We'll go through the Great Tribulation & Armaggedon, provided we live that long. I've loved this song for over 12 years. But I don't believe in the Rapture, or that the Christian God is the only way to salvation. I'm more of a theosophist mixed with a little bit of everything. Hopefully others can be understanding of the personal decisions I've made about my own faith, and realize that although there are disagreements, your conclusion is not any better than mine. At least neither of us can be sure yet :) Peace!

I have to telly you that not believing won't make it not true. You can't believe in God, the Bible and pick and choose from the Bible what we want to believe. Jesus is the only way per his own words. You can't make your own faith and it be valid. God created the universe and everything in it. He set down the rules. I disagree. It does say in the Bible that a rapture will happen. If it didn't say, I would be adding things to the Bible/Gods word, and It would be sinning to do so. It does say of a rapture however in 1 thessalonians 4:16-18. It is not something made up on a limb. We can still be friends however, for I am not nieve. I realize not all people will agree on this. WHY? Because I can read the Bible and it can mean something totally different to me then you. So not everyone will agree on everything.

This isn't how the Bible says rapture will happen. It says that EVERY eye will see him. (Rev. 1:7) It will be a triumphant entry. Archangel shouts, trumpet blows, dead in Christ rise. "For as lightning is visible, so will be the coming of Christ" (Matt 24:27) "Thief in the night refers to happening unexpectedly (to those that are not watching and not ready) "Will come at a time when you do not expect him" (Matt 24:42-44)

The two "he"s are different people. How do i know that? because there is a transitive verb in between them. This simple greek grammer would have been common knowledge in Pauls day. this is a response to those who believe the church will go thru the great tribulation. most get confused because this belief is based on a single verse and not a collection of scripture. a person must understand that daniels seventieth week(great tribulation)is the time that God will once again deal primarily with Israel thru thier deception of the anti-christ being the Messiah. the church age or time of the gentiles is over, which is marked by the catching away(rapture). read 2 Thess. 2:7-8

The Bible clearly states that all prophesies have been made and some yet to be fulfilled in the timeframe God wills. We've been given "signs of the end times", but who are we to think we can read the mind of God? There is no rapture, and mankind does not have the authority to decide to add to God's already divinely set plans. We'll go through the Great Tribulation & Armaggedon, provided we live that long. Thereafter, we will have access to the new earth and heavens as promised. That's it!

1 Thess 4:13:18; 1 Corinth 15:51-54. Not the seventh trumphet. After the Rapture, Jesus will return with those he raptured for 1,000 years. It precedes the Day of the Lord. 1 thess 5:1-10; 2 Peter 3:10; Matthew 24:36-44; Luke 21:34-36. when all is going easy, he will come and there will be a shaking. 1 thess 1:10. Its described from the opening of the 5th seal to the opening of the 7th seal.

The antichrist comes first not Jesus. It is stated over and over throughout scripture. by believing in a rapture that isnt in the bible, christians are taught that the next supernatural being will be Jesus. sad that these christians will forfeit there salvation when satan shows up first playing Jesus. Exactly......he comes first. However, they will claim that the anti-christ is the Christ. We are going to have a war in the US, as Chinese, Russians and UN troops are already in Mexico, US, Canada, Cuba, South America and Alaska. The Dollar will crash and move to the AMERO and we will form into the North American Union to join the World Government. The rapture is in the bible...no question. Satan will show up as the messiah first. I have backed up the pre-wrath Rapture.

If you refuse to believe the original languages, and cast aside the simple truth taught by Jesus. what truth? you might say. Jesus taught very clearly about the order of events that would lead up to the end of this age. the next few boxes will have a few rapture busting scriptures.

# there you have it Christ was warning his elect not to be foolled when the antichrist arives first in the trib. lets see what Jesus does.

I have made my point. However, speaking in realistic terms this is why there are books and controversary among even Christians about pre, mid, prewrath, or post trib as you don't have the final answer nor do I because we in an interpretation vortex. In Reality, it makes no difference when the Rapture or gathering takes place.Those that have taken JESUS CHRIST only will be saved and will make it to heaven. NO OTHER name will work. Simple.

It matters huge, those that believe Jesus will return and rapture them out will expect Jesus first the satan comes playing Jesus and they give up their salvation. the word antichrist in the greek tells the whole story.

so you see it does matter. All churches can do save and baptise. they never teach truth of the Word. the never feed the christians meat. most christians are biblicaly ignorant, and will fall to satan when he appears miracles and all.

one thing to think about. Jesus says that he will come like a thief in the night. No one knows the day or the hour, not even the son, meaning Jesus doesnt' even know. So, in accordance with Daniel 9:24, we will know the period that he will return because it will be 7 years from the time the anti-christ takes control. The Rapture is not part of the Tribulations according to this logic. the saved do not receive judgment or wrath from God, unless they are protected from the wrath .

That DAY he is talking about is the day that day that the coming of the Lord happens. We don't know the day or the hour, that is why the 2012 bunk is just that bunk. Daniel 9:24 tells us Jesus Believers, not the False prophets like Billy Graham, Copeland, Hagee, Hagin, Shueller, Hinn, Robertson, TD Jakes and many more.....we can know the season.
