  • solo with a 8th of a tank and some additives in the fuel on a calm day and your definately breakin 72

  • I have the exact model, this thing rips, 70mph a crapload of torque and crazy acceleration

  • its not 72 its definitely 70. I have the same exact model and year and it only gets up to 70 on a good day. Any mods?

  • Its not 70... those seadoo speedometers are off by a mile or two. you were doing around 67-68

  • youre fuckin insane

  • so what, i got to 65 mph and a rental pos

  • My 2008 Wake edition went around 78, I love it, It's a nice jetski but ever since I bought it I couldn't pull someone on a wake board hints "wake edition" it wouldn't ever get on a plane and eventually the impeller shaft gears stripped had it replaced and just did the same thing after I got it back. Now its in the shop again... don't know what's up with it, probably getting a 2011 GTX limited if this problem keeps up

  • hit a wave the size of ur head and ur done

  • Pretty sad... my car only has 200 hp :P

  • look at a seabob now thats a water toy

  • why do people not understand the onboard speedo is not accurate i have a 2001 gtx di its always between 5 to 10 mph off, carrry a hand held gps you will be suprised, none of these seadoo do the speeds there are claiming, i have a 2011 rxtx on order with its 260hp it does 107kmh to put it in perspective to these claimes

  • Bad machine, no doubt. Pretty good conditions your riding in so I can easily see that bike hitting 70+. Sorry folks but Sea-Doo has dominated the market on speed and stability so long I don't even remember when they didn’t. Horsepower to weight ratio is always been the Sea-Doo’s strongest point along with high-speed stability.

  • im a beginner so can someone please help me out i want to get a cheap new sea doo but i dont know anything about them so can anyone help me out, also wat is the minimum age for a pwc

  • 72 mph MY ASS!!!!

  • @jav837 0:59 you can clearly see me hitting 70

  • @andrewdoyle88 I belive it, my 130hp 3 seater seadoo does 68 with a 200lb rider...

  • @andrewdoyle88 the problem with your inaccurate response is that the speed your jetski is telling you is via the water. The speed sensor in the water is completely false and in reality, maxing out at 65 tops.

  • @jav837 dude my wake hits 70mph and i know the 215s have a 2-3mph varyence

  • @jav837 dude i have this seadoo i hit 75

  • @jav837 I too have an '07 Wake Edition, and it WILL do 72. These things are an absolute blast tearing through a slalom course or just flat out on smooth water. Like driving a Porsche 911 Turbo on the water. Cant wait till summer!

  • @Goldgitter put a gps on it, dont trust your dream-o-meter

  • @jav837 their speedometers are gps

  • just got an '08 with 1 hour on it haha so im gonna wait til 10 hours then let that thing fly. i am already in love with it.

  • my dad makes seadoo's

  • I have the 09 Wake Edition the power is incredible. I upgraded from a 97 GTX that was 85hp top speed 35-38 MPH.

The wake will do 135 kmh no prob with 3 people however it does get a little unsteady at that speed. Does not feel safe to take sharp turns such as my older one at full throttle.

  • @09seadoowake I wouldn't take a sharp turn going over 40 mph with anyone on or they're going for a swim, with just me its pretty stable going full speed

  • Dude nice video! I'm sooo excited for spring, my dad just got one of these but we haven't been able to ride it! and we won't be able to until spring! Awesome video man

  • get a gps seadoo speedo's are never accurate, most likely you're doing 65-67 gps
