warriors are one of the worst quads to jump with because thier so front heavy thats why they started making 350 raptors but your pretty good with it

@freakeddudeman warriors were made for the track and jumps there a sport quad and thats not why the made raptors the raptor is like a newer verson of the warrior all they did is make differnt plastics and changed the position of the lights...

how do they hold up?? i got an 89 im in the process of fixing up bought it for 400 bucks got a durablue 4 inch extended axle and dg full exhaust ive yet to hear it run tho gotta replace a stator

hey do you know where to get parts for an 87 yamaha warrior?? i currently have on but i need a place to get the parts from and havent found a place. it needs a carburetor, wiring harness, a-arms, and plastics.

@mustangboi15, check your compression, if its from 115+ its your valve guides, but if your gonna dig into the engine, you may as well do guides and rings

yea bud i just rebuilt an 87 and its blowin blue smoke burnin oil somehow maybe rings are bad in it? dont worry tno mcuh dont hurt nothing just uses more oil and make sure u run oil with it or ull blow it up

Seems like a few people are working on there 87's? I have mine in at a local machine shop right now, getting hogged out to 397cc's, I got the hotrods stroker kit for it! full FMF exhaust, and a new Kehin carb... I can't wait to see how it runs.. :)

i have an 87 warrior frame with a 911 warrior engine thats been worked n jetted and its top speed is about 113, the warrioir is a mean bike

Sweet. I'm gonna have to try a few jumps with my Warrior. Love that exhaust note. I have a Supertrapp slip-on on my Warrior, and it is most definately blown-out. Everybody looks when I crank it up.

@bikercc I wish i knew i drove over top of this really big one got home and noticed it leaking oil all over took it off and the end of the starter that holds it inside the motor was busted off
