This is cruel. I had a corgi who loved to misbehave. I would have never treated him like this. Dogs are social pack animals that hate to be left alone. His owner should spend some time in a cage.

I have to keep my Corgi in a crate at night because they are very prone to be destructive when not watched. Thats probably why they have it in a crate.
