I haven't a clue who Bret Michaels is but I'll take your word for it. I don't see why you would not win an award for that poem, very clever I thought!! I'm off to New York myself with the Mrs for Thanksgiving, not that I have a clue what Thanksgiving is either.
@classican Haha, thank you so much!! I was actually planning on writing a serious poem and my blood sugar got low while I was writing it so I just put it in. Bret Michaels is a singer, he was lead singer of the rock band Poison in the 80's and he's a juvenile diabetic like me. Lol.
