That happens if you right click a tower too much and you downgrade it to below level 1.

Or - Bombos and Chompos can destroy your turrets. Read the in-game instructions for more info about the Norbs that come into play later along in the game.

Good strategy. My only coment would be that your Big Blasts lose a lot of their range since they are close to the end, and that they can not reach certain spawns, giving Bombos and Chompos more chance of blowing stuff up...
