If you havn't figured it out by now, select the image you want to be in another photo(marque tool). Then while holding control drag it into the other window.

Okay, I'm having problems with hair. Mainly, I'm trying to put my brothers head on a drag queens body, but the drag queen has more hair, and is a different skin tone. Any ideas?

Used to use GIMP...So far GIMP is a shitload more user friendly than Photoshop, and I'm not very impressed by PS yet...

just put the new layer with the new head in soft light...you won't need to move the head so much than ;)

It might depend on your opacity. Check your opacity level, and make sure it is at 100%.

change the tone on hue/saturation
and for the dragon hair, use clone stamp and stamp from the background

try this out:
select the head with a tool
then press ctrl + t (windows)
then you can change sizes...

I do it differently, because my hair's pretty insane, and it's hard to use the eraser tool to single it out.. but this is still a good method
