@munchkin1298 really......no. but heres a way u can. u can do what he just did over and over, again and again (even if u do for like 20 mins) u still wont get it quickly. really there is no way to get it quickly just keep excircising (i recommend weight lifting, push ups or speed boxing and jogging at the same time) and remember to drink lots of water. remember ur still young though and that to much training can be bad for u, so if u sense faint, sit down and have a drink. make a little diet.
To get great six pack abs you need to lose the body fat covering them. Do metabolic boosting workouts to get an after burn effect and maximize the metabolization of body fat. Check out my workout videos as an example.
@ArctikMonkee Well because you're still young, you wont look like those grown men yet, but you should still get excersize and keep yourself at a healthy weight and muscle build. Then as you grow older and continue to excersize you will build the big muscles you see on this man, so dont be worried if you dont see the same results right away :)

@Hi5Gymnast Actually its its not necesary you meanwhile you do paciently and save you will be okay, but first you have to check how are you if you are so thin (you can see your ribs) is when you have to talk with your doctor he will tell you what to eat to make a good excersise :)

I don't know why it isn't working for you guys but it is working for me, not the losing weight because I didn't need to lose any so its probably because it might not work for losing weight, just kind of shaping your abs, if you need to lose weight I think you should try a new method

hi, im actually skinny as well, and im trying to gain more muscle, but im just doing the same work out as "fat" people. i can recommend sixpackshortcuts and scooby1961 for great workout vids. u dont have to buy anything, but i think its better, u dont really have to go to the gym, just do workouts every day 15mins or 2-3 times a week a 30-60 mins workout.

it probably will take a long time to get ripped, minimal a year, so stay motivated!
when ur working out from now on, and u look back after one year u will be happy u have done it.
do a full body workout, it doenst help when u'r only training ur biceps to get bigger arms, u dont get a bigger body without strong legs etc. and don't rest to long, its not like im a fitness-expert or so, but atleast.. try to help eachother isnt that bad.

I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

@ArctikMonkee everyone can get them, and you're in a great age to get them but you have to work
1. do cardio workouts (run,,jog,etc)
2. do abs workout for at least 8 minutes
3. make a diet

@ArctikMonkee Well because you're still young, you wont look like those grown men yet, but you should still get excersize and keep yourself at a healthy weight and muscle build. Then as you grow older and continue to excersize you will build the big muscles you see on this man, so dont be worried if you dont see the same results right away :)

I don't know why it isn't working for you guys but it is working for me, not the losing weight because I didn't need to lose any so its probably because it might not work for losing weight, just kind of shaping your abs, if you need to lose weight I think you should try a new method

hi, im actually skinny as well, and im trying to gain more muscle, but im just doing the same work out as "fat" people. i can recommend sixpackshortcuts and scooby1961 for great workout vids. u dont have to buy anything, but i think its better, u dont really have to go to the gym, just do workouts every day 15mins or 2-3 times a week a 30-60 mins workout.

it probably will take a long time to get ripped, minimal a year, so stay motivated!
when ur working out from now on, and u look back after one year u will be happy u have done it.
do a full body workout, it doenst help when u'r only training ur biceps to get bigger arms, u dont get a bigger body without strong legs etc. and don't rest to long, its not like im a fitness-expert or so, but atleast.. try to help eachother isnt that bad.
better go to some1 else for that :P

I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

oh come on! these definitely work! you can feel the heat when you do these exercises, and you can tell they are working! there are no miracle tricks to get abs quick! you need a good diet (daily meals, i mean, not starvation), and good exercises (being offered free on youtube!) no stupid product or miracle trick will change that.
