This was one of my favorite books as a child. I can't believe I missed this Disney short - it is a pure gem! It's amazing how much emotion is stirred in the viewer for the most unlikely of things - a house - in just eight minutes.

In downtown Richmond and all around the city this happens very commonly with massive builds being next to small 200 year old houses
