watching these live videos of them actually makes me sad. i really want to see them live soooo bad, but vortex was my favorite. well, shagrath is my favorite too. but vortex's singing basically completed my love for the band. and how can they play these songs live without vortex singing his parts? its just disappointing. if i ever see them live i have a feeling im going to be disappointed without mustis or vortex.

IMO Vortex was an extremely important figure in creating the awesome contrasts in sound and feeling in Dimmu, Vortex vocal part in "The Invaluable Darkness" is probably one of the best clean vocal parts I've heard in any metal ever.

Imo he made Dimmu complete and in firing him they basically ruined their band...
