  • Thank you very much for your videos! I am starting Book 2 too. I actually added all your songs on Alfred 2 into my playlist so that I can practice later. How do you manage time to practice piano with a hectic schedule?!! Can you tell me some tips?

I started piano when I was 25. You re my inspiration too.

    From Oregon, USA

  • Hallo dear Alex

I'm sorry you don't post so many video's as before, but I understand very well, life sometimes is way too busy.

I have a question... i'm at the end of book 2 now, practising Canon in D, but your own version is soo beautiful.

Please, could you send the music to me? Thank you so much!

  • Yaha!! I'm your subscriber now... I played this song too... ^_^

  • Ive been trying on and off to play this song for some time now, Its just not really working. I find it quite difficult to keep your left hand moving on its own, so i get distracted by that one while i should be focusing on the right hand. Any tips?

Btw, do you use your pedal in this song?

  • Is this the same one as the one in Alfred's Book 2?

  • No, this is a simplified version that I modified from an original piece

  • You're my idol !! Actually i do keep watching your videos for a period, and i found you play these songs awesomely!! So i do admire you so much..I m using book 2 now n i found much difficulties, but i improve with the help of your videos. Thanks!! I like the way u play this piece 'Canon in D' and its one of my favourite piece. Can I have the music scores too if u don't mind? Thanks :)

  • Wow you did a great job on this and I was wondering if I could get the sheet music as it is not in the Alfred's book. Keep up the great work.

  • ya, give me your email

  • WOW! Where did you get this lyric? I recorded the one in the book last week. It was pretty difficult to get a perfect recording. You did a great job on this one! And, may I know if you can send me an electronic copy of this one please? Thanks :)

  • sure, send me your email and I will shoot you the PDF of the one I played, it was modified from the original one. I made it simple enough for me to play, lol

  • Just wanted to let you know that I think you did a beautiful job on this piece! Simple is so much better. So, is there anyway that I can get the sheet music from you? I would love to have a copy! Have a blessed day! :)

  • yeah, I can send you a PDF, please send me you email

  • NICE! and thanks for the sheet music!

  • you're welcome

  • Nice play. And good to see you getting over the Alfred book 2 :)

Anyway, it seems the right hand cords are played too loudly (at around 2:00 time), a bit destroying the overall feeling of the song. Just my 2 cents.

  • :) hahhahaa, i still in book 2. This canon is from somewhere else, not in the book.

And it is "FF" on the music score around 2:00, so.... I think I might make it a bit more "rounded" on the sound change on the next one, thanks for watching Andrew~!

  • dude, i love this song, great job 5 stars!

  • thx dude!

  • i was wondering where i heard sumthin lik this but it was on my keyboard. gud job. i dont have this one in the states, o yea wat season is it in australia? jus wanted ta no cuz its spring here (u had a coat on)

  • it's a bit cold here at the moment, about 5c degree at night and 10c degree in the day time, winter just started here.
