@xdreamer911x Free running is doing Flips and tricks, in order to impress a crowd or just look cool. Parkour, is getting from the fastest way to overcome an obstacle, in mostly an urban environment. It has to be efficient, so in parkour you almost never do flips. Dont listen to neige boy, hes completley wrong and I dont even think he knows what hes talking about.
