So we, poor and weak indivisual customers of Acer Aspire 1810TZ (including 1410 users) are preparing a lawsuit against Acer and customer service center located in Korea.
And We are trying to contact to Korean mass media that treats customer protection.
We won't stop our this activity unless Acer offer rational service to us. especially about electromagnetic noise.
Our requirement is simple, we wanna board replacement or recall this notebook model!

Electromagnetic noise sounds like mosquito's crying and it made us annoying and disturb concerntration during work.
I can tell you noise level is too serious to use earphone/headset.
The serious noise occurs around speaker, stero jack and even D-SUB port.
But Korean Acer customer service always tell us "We never repair notebook for such electromagnetic noise symptom.
We don't care whether you feel annoying from the noise." or "electromagnetic noise is none of term for us to serve to users"

I'm revealing illogicality of customer service center in Korea since acer launched to Korean market.
In korea there is no customer service. they never offer rational service even though serious electromagnetic noise
Example, lots of users(more than fifty) have been suffering from eletromagnetic noise.
