BTW here is my review on this;

Ritsuka Has made many songs but this by far is the best! She sings it her own way, and has a way of gently singing so it sounds sort of Melancholy which matches it perfectly because the girls boyfriend died in the war to protect her. Truly this is probably one of the best ones yet :) GO RITSUKA!!! (She should sing 1925)

@belson0425 Luka has a childhood friend who she has fallen inlove with, but never realizes until he leaves for war. He never returns and so I am guessing he died at war and Luka just never gets to tell him in the end--thus she regrets not telling him.

I prefer Ritsuka to Yamai as she brings out the emotions in the song perfectly by not restricting her voice to follow the original.It brings out her style and feelings which in turn affects our feelings listeners.Aka Hitoha is a beautiful song.

Uhm, not quite. : ) Most of Utatte Mita (tru to sing) singers are Japanese singers singing in Japanese. They make their own versions of vocaloid songs and post them, along with a video, on Nico Nico Douga. Almost like a japanese Youtube.

@ChCa Yamai is better suited for songs like this, that's why. But still, Ritsuka's good too. I really want her to sing "Sayonara no Kawari ni, Hanataba wo" full version. I heard part of it on "Bokura no Uta", and it was better than Yamai's.
