You start in too low of a key for you voice. I would try starteing higher. Also, if you supoorted your sound a little more with your diaphram it wouldn't be so breathy, fix the of pitch notes, and allow you to stay in key. Also, the end note should be the note you started on, "go back to 'do'".

You've got the talent...that is true... the problem is that you haven't established a constant key throughout the duration of the performance. If you are interested in continuing your development of this song I would recommend practicing it in your most comfortable key and sticking with that one key so that it become so familiar to you this will no longer be a problem.
