it's not aging. it's possible to stay in shape as you get older you know. and if they're still gettin paid,they should be able to afford trainers. hell,taj got a former football player as her husband so i guess that explains why she looks nice. but leelee and coko could've hit up a gym and kept themselves up. mary j. blige,toni braxton and chili (tlc) are around the same age as swv and you can't even tell cuz they kept up their shapes.

@missjanet88 well, chilli and mary are still in their thirties, both are thirty-nine to be exact and toni's in her early forties. im aware that it's possible to stay in shape as we all age, but the body does get some weight. look at tboz. when they started out, she was very skinny. now, her shape has filled out very nicely. you're right. coko and leelee couldve maintained.
