I am very disappointed in this. I got these heartbeats as a gift from my mom in London, when we got home however and I tried them out the sound was very bad. I called costumer service 5(!) times before I finally got an email to replace them. I send them an email back with the information they required and haven't gotten anything back since then.

Yes, these are fake headphones, I'm sorry to say. If your headphones have a white cord, the velcro holding them together should also be white, not black. Also, the carrying case should be positioned differently, actually upside down; the little zipper thingy should be positioned in the top right corner. Those are extremely fake, dude, I'm sorry! :(
