The guys at Hall of Fame (The Cure was nominated this year) didn't mention Jason but Boris Williams. That made Robert mad who released a note stating that Jason has been The Cure's drummer for 17 years and blah, blah, blah

The fact that Boris was mentioned instead of Jason, was perceived by many as a tribute to the best Cure drummer ever.

Your an Idiot, as simple as that. Jason Cooper is brilliant on the drums. If you know the history of The Cure you'd have a much better understanding of their sound.  There are many songs out there which often over emphasize percussion, The Cure's longevity is in part because of their unique blend..

Played live this song sounds really alive and big :) But on the single version when you hear it, it always sounds a little thin and basic to me? Just my opinion. Either way, the new album is going to be ace hopefully :) I think, that providing the whole album lives up to the quality of the songs I've heard from it so far, it will stand a good chance of sitting alongside their classic '86-'92 album period :)
