  • These are very practical tips thanks

  • I took those three tips and printed them on a big pieace of paper , and glued it on my room's wall

    thx man

  • All that I understand from various confidence building tips is that "not knowing too many things is a bless"

  • I like it...

I think the 3rd one was what I was looking for.. I mean, that's something I already knew but I just needed to some one to tell it to me.

B.T.W. there's something very interesting related to over analyze called Analysis Paralysis which is "thinking too much about something until you reach the point where you do not know what to do".

Very interesting video, I'm subscribing, adding 1 thumbs up to your channel and expecting to find and to receive more videos by mail.

  • Thanks! Thats the kind of simple practical advice i was looking for.

You won't believe how many videos i went through that were posing as confidence building techniques, but were actually about religion. what a joke!

    again... Thanks!

  • Tip 2 is a really good one. It's important to expect positive outcomes. When you do the audio playing in your head will sounds a lot different than when you expect negative outcomes. Expecting good things helps you notice them more and makes it a lot easier to dismiss undesired outcomes because you are more likely to say, "No big deal, I've had so many good things happen this week, one small bump is nothing."

  • i used this and helped soo much

  • absolutely

  • Thoughtful

  • Spot on. over thinking causes more negative then good

  • Think Less... i got what was my problem,,, thanks a lot...

  • good video dont over think be positive and dont be afraid simple im gonna try doing it

  • Wow man this realy helped me thanks. well done

  • Good practical advice my friend :). I think another good piece of advice is not to fear failure. Instead of seeing failure as the end of a road, thinking of it more as a pothole. A temporary circumstance which could be thought of as a learning opportunity. So what if you say something that sounds a bit silly or that girl turn you down? Learn from it and use the information to be more successful next time :P.

    Positivity my friend!

  • gud vid

    thanks for puttin up here

    god bless
