  • In regards to the first error, setting up too low resembles the bottom of a squat. Too much emphasis would be put on the quads, and not on the glutes and hamstrings. This is not the most advantageous position for pulling. Good luck.

  • taller people with longer limbs actually need a lower hip position. Its not 1 size fits all

  • @keshav0312 Exactly, different proportions will require slightly modified mechanics  and body positioning
