  • This excerpt was from JFK's American University address, 6/10/63, among his best speeches, along with his farewell to Massachusetts remarks (1/9/61), Inaugural Address (1/20/61), Civil Rights speech 6/11/63, & Amherst U library dedication to Robt Frost (10/26/63). This was a man of enlightenment, eloquence, & vision. No national leader since has come close to possessing his gifts of mind, spirit, courage, & egalitarian magnanimity. Every American should study his words & visit the JFK Library
