Check out her performance on American Idol, when she sang with Randy Travis and see if you can still say that. 13 straight singles on the country charts and 12 million albums sold means she got more than looks for her going.

People need to calm down! Yes, Martina arguably sounded the best here but just because Carrie was sick and had a hoarse voice! BUT anybody I know, including most other singers, would have cancelled the gig or at last taken a break. Carrie still went out there to sing JTTW & JAD, both of which are incredibly hard songs to sings and while she didn't belt them the way she normally does, her lower register got a chance to shine and despite being sick, her voice was very soothing to me!
