@whoneedtrouble Bikes are so cool for zipping around. The strange noise was the click of the pedestrian crossing indicator. It helps blind people know when they are safe to cross. I wish the bikes were free but you need to pay $2.50 per hour or $50 per year ;)
I wish Seattle were more bike-friendly, but we have tons of really steep hills, it rains a lot and the roads aren’t very bike friendly. I compromise by taking the bus whenever I can.

Either way cool video, and as a fellow cyclist I have to ask how bike-friendly is Melbourne? Granted the bike lane and rent-a-bikes are evidence that it is but then there's the drivers, how the local five-oh treats bike-related incidents, all sorts of considerations
