  • What does the guy say at 0:20??

  • I would like to see AUDLEY SHAW get tough on OMAR DAVIES-- DO YOU KNOW THAT a large segment of the people in OMAR'S constituency do not like him--they say he has'nt done any thing for the area ,many unemployed youths-they say he shows up at election time or for football matches. many of them even gave their full names when the survey was done.

  • P J PATTERSON and PORTIA SIMPSON are responsible for the conditions jamaica is in today.

  • more than 90% of the residents of portia simpson community are poor, according to a survey-- about 30% are dirt poor and rely on picking up discarded soda bottles off the streets ,gathering scrap iron from abandoned buildings ,for a living.

  • we need people to do that sort of things thank god for the poor.

  • Yet her constituency is one of the richest, with some of Jamaica's largest corporatins located right there.

  • Hopefully you can figure out why so many of these companies had strong ties with Portia for over a decade then suddenly fell out? The typical Jcan mentality will tell you that the rich man did nothing for them....reality however is that when Portia was getting 10s of millions at a time from those companies....you fill in the blank.

  • 50# of the children in portia simpson constitituency do not attend school on a regular basis.

  • pnp mp IAN HAYLES a big phony opportunist,a fake,he switches from party to party, never staying too long. i bet he does.nt serve out his term.

  • wall street has given the new JLP goverment a vote of confidence, saying, its investment friendly

  • portia is a disgrace

  • @victoriajubilee She is a disgrace like the gal weh ave yuh bitch she better than yuh mother

  • if you are a Jamaican living in the diaspora, the pnp has said you are not a Jamaican anymore nor your chilfren.

  • 90 percent of the election year promises the PNP made in the 2003 general election were never kept, including eliminating tuitions for schools by 2005,made by PJ patterson.

  • everyone read ken Jones article today in the Sunday GLEANER ON CITIZENSHIPS --the pnp had several foreigners in their cabinet in the past including Dudley Thompson who was born in panama. read on

  • the pnp are desperate ,we jlp must be forever vigilant more than ever.

  • labor omnia vincit -labour conquers all.

  • the JLP has won the st mary seat--the pnp guy pip pip has been retired

  • my nephew just called me from jamaica an hour ago,he said everybody walking around happy ,big mood change

  • I heard prophet Phinn [phinnished] jut lost his socerers license and has fled the country ,he was last seen wearing a fake long beard heading towards Haiti.

  • Prime Minister Bruce Golding-- leading us into a first world Jamaica--remember it can be done--upto less than ten years ago Ireland was in bad straits--they made a remarkable turnaround to their economy--now Irish emigrants are returning to Ireland from the U.S and other countries in droves . this could happen in Jamaica too.

  • here is an analogy by the pundits that i cant overstand: " the jamaican people has sent a clear message to both partys by making the voting even so none of the partys have much more votes than the other" forgive me if i cant understand this analogy.but wouldnt it mean all 810,000 people who voted would have had to conspire with each other and make notes of who is going to vote for whom, for it to work like that? these pundits are funny

  • shower shower

  • I may be really missing something... but what does shower mean? I keep on seeing it and I'm am feeling quite ignorant.

  • it is jus a word the jamaica labour party (jlp) supporters use while pnp saw power i don't really know why they say it but you say shower when you support jlp and power when you support pnp

  • news flash, news flash, the jlp is leading by 7% in the jamaica observer--- but dont give up your campaign, your blooging, run over the retreating enemy with your tanks.

  • will do right away.

  • vote jlp

  • trevorlexus: The problem with the pnp has always been that people don't get positions because they can do the job, but because they hold party favour. That's why the economy is in such a mess. Giving a woman such a position JUST because she's a woman is an insult to all women. She's playing on her sex, (even putting on at times a little girl voice) to get votes. SHAME!

  • In a chauvinism society as Jamaica, I applaud them for giving Mrs. Portia Simpson Miller a female and the first woman premier of Jamaica an opportunity to hold the executive office of the land. However, now Jamaica needs a transition particulary for those in the inner-city.

  • In a chauvinism society like jamaaica,I applaud them for giving Mrs. Portia Simpson Miller an opportunity at the exective office. However, now Jamaica needs a transition from the current government. Jamaican people, particularly, those from the inner-city need a change.

  • every period of the JLP GOVERNANCE Jamaica has grown at about 5% to 6% per year. never in the history of PNP governance has Jamaica grown over 1% right now its growing at 0.2% over the last 18 years----dont take my word fot it look it up.

  • ELECTION DATE SEPTEMBER 3RD

  • vote JLP on seprember 7th, urge your family and friends to do so if u live abroad. 18 years of corruption is too much, only a tiny few benefit from the pnp, people like Danhai Williams. IF the pnp wins nothing will change--crime\murder corruption will get worst. she will not even be running the country, her corrupt ministers will be. memba mi toll u.

  • 'Bruce Golding says a JLP administration will be tough on bauxite companies which wreak havoc on the lives of ordinary Jamaicans.' How long have the bauxite companies been allowed to poison Jamaicans without any checks and balances being imposed by government?

  • Does anyone know what's happening with the brand new morgue which was promised after the world watched the appalling state of our current one during the Bob Woolmer case? Or has it ceased to be a priority since only ordinary Jamaicans are expected to 'pass through' it?

  • Evrytime I hear someone says he 'll not vote cuz both parties are the same, I become so upset. How stupid can someone be - If U don't vote the ruling party will retain power and U will simply be rewarding them for their failures. It's full time Jamaicans realize that both parties love & desperate for power and the only way to straighten them is to take it and give it to the other, that move will tell that party that if we don't work we will lose power.

  • She may be dangerously out of step with reality, but she's a charismatic loon, and I can imagine plenty of lily-livers and knee-jerkers falling for somebody like that. . And if she wins, then we're truly, deservedly damned as a people, and Portia will make sure to seal the deal.

For that reason the public must be shown that she is a sneering authoritarian before it's too late.

  • Hopefully the JLP will take up David Smith on his offer to help our nation. Him mek money while de government loose and trow it gwey!

  • The PNP is soft on crime and that's what is mashing up Jamaica. The PNP looks after its friends and neglect the masses. JLP seeks to foster ambition and lawfulness among citizens. We need a change of course.

  • JLP will not win by slandering the PNP or the prime Minister. They will win by being honest with the people of Jamaica..not with empty promises and promise of utopia.. Bruce in his debate summary promises...'a jamaica where not all will be rich but none will be poor" Does he believe the Jamaican people are idiots..talking down to us...which country in the world does not have poor people!!

By the way the slandering is getting tiring!

  • typebzr: What, apart from your political bias, makes you think the JLP's promises are empty? There is no justification for that argument in economic facts, which you would know if you ever bothered to look it up.

  • typebzr: Slander? You must be joking! The PNP is lucky they have the Jamaican press to deal with. I live in London where no-one is too great to be criticized. If a politician steps out of line in any way it is highlighted in the harshest of terms. Opposition parties don't have to do their jobs for them.

  • I finally got to see the Bruce/Portia debate!! Thank heavens for modern technology. Portia looked like a rabbit caught in headlights-trapped, as if she would give anything to be anywhere else...! Was somebody standing at the side with a gun trained on her in case she made a run for it?

Bruce was his usual statesmanlike, brilliant self. I've only seen a bit of the Audley/Omar debate. Omar looked like he was in the dock with Audley as the prosecutor.

    'nuff respect to the JLP

  • My views on why this election is so critical is that we need a change because we need progress. After 18 years in power the PNP has become focus on winng elections and not doing anything to show for it.Ever since I can remember the main issues in every Jamaican election is roads, water, health and jobs. It seems like this election more than ever, Jamaican voters are younger and more educated and I hope they get it right this time.

  • All that the PNP cares about is winning elections. Jamaica is a poor country and is kept afloat by Jamaicans in the the Diaspora. Anytime the remittances stop flowing, people on the island will awake to see the mess the PNP has created over the last 18 years.

  • Have you watched the JLP's ad 'don't draw me tongue?' I am embarrassed by it, but at the same time it needs to be seen. It shows a moment when the mask slips, and the face of a potential dictator stares out at you. Our politicians must learn that the time has come for them to be able to stand up to international scrutiny.

  • JohnfromPerth: Sorry, I don't think I explained myself earlier re. constitutional reform. As our constitution stands, the PM appoints the Chief Justice, head of police & army and controls the bank of Jamaica. Bruce wants to reduce the control of government over public institutions, and entrench the basic human rights of citizens in the constitution. The PM at the moment has absolute power, which as we all know can corrupt absolutely.

  • Not as good as Bruce will do; he left the JLP and formed the NDM because Seaga wouldn't agree to constitutional reform, which would give more power to the people and less to the PM. He went back because he realised that change had to come from within a major political party. Bruce doesn't need politics, politics needs him. I think (hope!) he will be one of Jamaica's greatest leaders. have you read the manifesto?

  • Well we haafi change course

  • I cannot comment on whether he was corrupt or not, however in 1983 the PNP did not contest the election, giving the JLP total power-all 60 seats. He could have done ANYTHING he wanted with no opposition. Instead, he appointed PNP members to the Senate, controlled inflation by keeping the dollar stable and he created a stable and growing economy out of the mess which Michael Manley had left.

  • JohnfromPerth: The PNP has been in power for 26 of the last 35 years. The 9 JLP years were spent trying to sort out the godawful mess left by Manley. They still managed to hold the dollar stable until the present regime let it go into freefall, taking the poor of Jamaica into ever greater poverty. Jamaicans can either give up, lie down with their faces in the mud whilst Jamaica reaches Haiti's level of poverty or try a party which doesn't have such an appalling track record.

  • Where is the evidence that Portia cares for people? If she does, why is her constituency so stink and dirty after 30 years of her love?

  • Jamaica Has to change course!!! and mi tyad of the pnp 2, vote for a change!

  • The strategy of the PNP is seemingly to use this single woman to win over the public with the same lackies that ruined our country. Her intentions may be good, but these are the same lackies who have stood around and have done absolutely nothing to rectify the illogical wickedness that they have done to our mother land in the past 18 years. With her guru, MR.Patterson still under the scenes, I pray that the evil that "is" the PNP doesn't come about again, FOR AN EXCEEDINGLY LONG TIME!!!

  • Nirbija. Please read your comments again. i feel that you will recognise that your comments are totally without logic and are not supported by reality or reasoning power. A good commentator must first recognise reality.

  • toybel...u are 100% correct. Portia offers no alternative to the current problems in JA...they are still busy trying to peice a manifesto together..as tio comrade nirbija....its the the govt that should be posing solutions to the current crises in the economy, crime, education and medical care they got us in this hole so lets hear how they plan to dig us out.

  • true mi rate u

  • One of the most important qualities of a leader is that of heart, is the ability to reach out, touch & move the citizens in the correct direction through feelings.

    Sista P has heart.

The power-hungry challenger has no heart.

In fact, the ever-divisive opposition would sell out Jamaicans' growing independence to 'regime changers' for a 'few pieces of gold' for themselves alone.

  • nirbija.....it is the PNP that has sold the country short...poor medical care, failing schools, lack of gainful employment and a failed economy....oh yeh many of Jamaica's prime properties/business entities have been sold for less than market value to foreign investors tlk about sell out..

  • If one was to rate the performance of the PNP on each of the following. economic growth: D-

    crime management: F

    education: E

    healthcare: E

    exchange rate: F

    job creation: D-

Does Portia have a plan to turn things around? I seriously doubt it.

  • true ur perspective is awesome

  • Imagine, the Jamaica Losers Party (JLP) has had 18 LONG years of FREE TIME warming di losers bench. An all di losers can could come up wid an offer Jamaicans are the role of being a divisive, distracting & destructive opposition, an making political ads. Unfortunately winning an election & governing a nation take a lot more creativity & productivity than the JLP can muster.

  • Nirbija: the people that govern a country are crucial to its drection. Jamaica is blessed with natural resources, and human talent. Unfortunately , the PNP has squandered all of it because the only way they can win elections is if the keep the masses poor and ignorant.

Portia could preach until thy kingdom come:the good lord does not dwell with the wicked.

  • nirbija: The per capita income for Jamaica is approx USD$4,000, for little Barbados it is USD$18,000. For goodness sake open your eyes!! Whilst some people feed at the trough the rest of the country gets poorer and poorer. Move away from the slave mentality-look at the facts and think for yourself!

  • The politicians are mere servants/house slaves for the entrenched massas.

Now if yuh want to hold massa an shake im so that Jamaica's wealth & resources can fall from him & be INVESTED/USED for the benefit of ALL Jamaicans, then I'm wid yuh; but Bruise Golding will only seek to mek di gold man more golden while he satisfies his greed for power! Bruise has nothing to offer the average Jamaica.

  • Meknoise, why not move to likkle Barbados if your so-called 'per capita income' is your concern? LOL

It takes a lot more than 'per capita income' to make a nation; OK?

The people who 'feed at the trough' in Jamaica are the same people who have been feeding at di trough for 500 years of Jamaica's history. The wealth & economy of Jamaica r STILL entrenched in the hands of di greedy, selfish & self-centered massa.

  • nirbija: You're so stupid that a response isn't needed. But hey! I read in this mornings Observer that Ms P says she's targeting First World status by 2030. Judging on her party's performance so far, there's only one response to make: Hahahahahahaha!!!!!

  • nirbija: I just want to apologise for calling you stupid. One must be able to debate issues concerning our country without descending to calling each other names. I wonder, though, if you understand what 'per capita income' means? A hungry man is an angry man, and when the government ruins the economy to the point when an ordinary man cannot earn enough to feed his family, the results are as we see: crime, hopelessness, disorder etc.

  • For centuries selfish massas continue to monopolize Jamaica's wealth & resources at the expense of ALL Jamaicans.

Wasting time blaming & changing political SERVANTS will solve nothing substantial for Jamaica, until the master-slave/servant set up of the Jamaican society is revolutionized by Jamaicans. Jamaicans MUST be willing to take their destinies in their own hands & STOP expecting political SERVANTS of the wealth to do anything to change Jamaica for good!

  • Empty barrels mek di most noise; & so it is wid Meknoise. U R empty of understanding that there are many countries where di people R a LOT POORER dan Jamaicans! & yet those poorer people R NOT slaughtering each other at record rates! Di problem is dat too many believe dat literacy is the end of learning . Being able to put a few words on paper is not wisdom. Di politicians are mere SLAVES/SERVANTS of di greedy, selfish & self-centered massas! WHO FUNDS POLITICIANS' CAMPAIGNS? DI MASSAS!

  • nirbija: You stay there thinking it's 'massa' who's robbing you! A woman called Mutty once complaining that her MP had not fixed her road as he'd promised before election. She told Mutty "De man mekkin' a fool a himself". Mutty quite rightly told her "Madam, it's not HIMSELF he's making a fool of.."

So it is with you, nirbija, they are making such a fool of you and you can't even see it!! Hush.

  • If the PNP was so concerned about massa owning the country, why did they destroy the black businesses that started in the 1980s in the 1990s?

  • give me a man or woman without heart who does not embassas me, and can rum this place, cut out corruption and set us on a groth path and i will vote for that person. michael manly had HEART but he could not run his house thats why DK knam out him coco

  • Only the visionless & POWER-HUNGRY would-be leaders will believe that people will be stupid enough to advance their cause of negativity & negative ads. They crave power & have nothing positive to offer. And so they seek instead to tear down people & things with their negative acts. Dem losers tink seh yaad people foo foo.

  • Nirbija...how do we know that Sista P cares?...if we judge her by her constituency the response would be a resounding no..if we jusge her by her support of failing policies we would still hear no...she has served for over a yr as prime minister and there has been no change just business as usual same old murders, unemployment and the devaluation of the $...she cares about nothing but power and isn't committed to any change..

  • Nirbija...How can u classify the truth as being negative, it is what it is it's the truth and nothing but the truth....people are struggling, suffering and dying in JA you forgot that the economy grew for the 1st time in 10yrs (less than 2%) over a 1000 murders, 15% unemployment and check out the state of hospitals..

  • The ad is negative, DECEPTIVE & DIVISIVE because those losers offer nothing NOTHING POSITIVE/CONSTRUCTIVE as an alternative to correct the alleged problems claimed. It is the typical wicked white people kind of an ad. Jamaicans want solutions to problems; & is instead offered 'tear down the leader'. If that solution for you, then your kind of mentality contributes to the present plight of the nation. OK?

  • in the 80's drivimg along marcus garvey drive you would see thousand of women gainfully employed in the free zone . our current prime minister was adamant then that we women were been disrespected as were were doing minimun wage work.i say at least we were learning a skill which some of us are now able to utilise.

  • now some of us women have to be turning to prostitution as advertised in the local news paper to earn a income, i suppose that is the reason for the so-call low unemployment. I dont hear a peep of discomfort coming from our pm, is this whhat she prefer for the women of jamaica? where is her shame, compassion and concern for our young girls who are lead astray daily? curse you portia, you are a disgrace to jamaican womanhood.

  • Portia is working her ass off to find creative solutions to the nation's problems. AND SO SHOULD EVERY OTHER JAMAICAN BE SEEKING TO FIND SOLUTIONS TO HIS PROBLEMS AND TO THE PROBLEMS OF THE NATION!

Try and get rid of that slave mentality. We are our own masters now. We have to create things for ourselves; so that the government can have someting to redistribute among ALL the citizens.

  • If this is how the inner sanctum of the PNP thinks then Jamaica is in trouble. For, If the PNP's supporters are not willing to own up to the collossal failures during their 18 years in power, then they have no real plan for rescuing Jamaica from the debt trap.

  • PREACH!!!!

If the vast majority of Jamaicans don't abandon the ignorance and insane violence, other nations will surely come in and take over the entire country!! It's already happening!! Stop sleeping Jamaicans!!

  • MaddyMill: It's not other nations Jamaicans have to worry about; if they don't vote out the pnp it will give them the nod to increase the plundering of Jamaica's resources and take away what little rights Jamaicans have.

  • Nirbja...the truth is an offence but never a sin...whether its a typical white man ad or black man...this is what many people face in JA

  • raggaguru, you neither know what truth is; nor can you handle the truth. These are no longer the deep days of di enslavement, when evil massas tell di people when to eat crumbs an when to shit! EVERY Jamaican has to feel responsible & TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIMSELF & FOR JAMAICA! A government can only provide/allocate what THE PEOPLE PRODUCE! If Jamaica provide crappy people & crappy resources, then that is what the government has at its disposal as leaders, & to redistribute in di nation.

  • The JLP Manifesto have certainly opened alot of peoples eyes to reality. Let see what Portia will offer. :)

  • This is the last chance Jamaica has to return from the ruin of the PNP

  • Question...just do your part that's all u can do...but we hope and pray that people will wise up and face the reality..... we are suffering

  • How come after 18 years: we dont have better schools?

we don't have crime down low? the hospitals are still so poor? more people don't find jobs? after 18 years police and gunman still shoot people like dog? How much years PNP need? Will 5 more years give the PNP a start? Wasn't 10 years enough to build some scools, train good teachers, train better police, train more nurses, catch some druggists, create some jobs?

Did the PNP really need 18 years to fail?

  • Jamaica with all the ABUNDANCE natural resources and the ABUNDANCE of human talent, OUR COUNTRY is going backwards very fast while many OTHER COUNTRIES ARE ADVANCING SOLELY because the DIRTY, CHEAP, IGNORANT fools running our country is only interested in corrupting the society so they can pocket money for themselves. Now there is ANOTHER election to re-shuffle the pack.

  • JAMAICA URGENTLY NEEDS 6 THINGS

1.3,000 highly paid foreign-trained special elite force whose ONLY job is to seek out and arrest (where possible) all armed criminals

2.2,000 highly paid foreign trained special elite force of Anti-corruption agents to seek out and arrest corrupt officials 3.Special state-funded TV channel that give daily reports on the progress of the work of 1 & 2

  • JAMAICA NEEDS 6 THINGS

4.Specially trained EDUCATORS who constantly tour all schools teaching social ethics and Jamaican history 5.All the biggest institutions and business to provide 2 years paid work experience to groups of ghetto and country youth 6.Death penalty must be used immediately for certain capital offences and 15 years imprisonment for CORRUPTION.

  • DoNotVote...Jah know king mi love some of the things listed...thanks for the list...well thought out

  • I was in the busy Half Way Tree traffic today. I heard some muttering and when I looked it was a old man in torn up clothes sitting on the sidewalk..He looked at everyone in the traffic and saying "unnu nuh worry 18 yrs of sufferation soon done 1mth leave unnu hear mi 1mth leave.

Truly I wish I had a video camera at that time. :(

But that goes to show you even the poor street person knows what is going on..

  • LOL...even the ded kno!

  • to all my PNP friends....Businessman Errol Lamey, the People's National Party (PNP) caretaker/ councillor, who was detained in connection with a drug bust earlier this week, was yesterday slapped with drug charges and is to face the Half-Way Tree Criminal Court today.

  • The Change is coming baby! yeah, the change is coming now! Me cyaa support di ya PNP government! Changing time ! Changing Time, Changing Time now,or watch the whole a wi suffa likkle longa. enough is enough! No more comred stuff it down yu troat business!

  • u forget why Jamaica suffering now?? the stupid Labourite Alexander Bust-d-panty sell we out.. thats y our money doesn't have any value.. thats y the old folks will NEVER vote for the JLP.. only young fools who don't know

  • Djteflan: are you one of those who keeps on drinkin vad-ca on the rock's?

she a bad example for everyone to follow.

  • the way the JLP role.. the young gonna die as quick as the old

  • Djteflan: No child should sit and listen to the PM when she speak. the mayor speak better than her.

  • DJTeflan...c'mon my friend when you blog don't be non sensical.....Busta's reign has nothing to do with the present state of JA and besides that I doubt if there is anyone alive who even remembered his regime.....Jamaica's present situation is as a result of 18 years of mismanagement by the current govt.

  • DJteflan...The value of the jamaican dollar slid from 5 usd to 68 usd under this present gov't...get your facts straight before you participate in the political process and stop repeating what your parents told u ...grow a mind of your own.

  • but remember Jamaican currency had the US 1chiling for 2 US dollars back in Seaga's time and he made it fell lesser than the US

  • since Seaga F#@k up JLP status in respect, they'll never win again.. PNP "not changing no course" of winning that is.. POWER!

  • yu buy yu plane ticket already? so when Bruce win yu can fly weah!!!

words on the street is that it's Bruce time now!!! yu heard mi!!

  • DjTeflan how your words taste since you have to nyam dem? JLP WINS!

  • mi nuh feel nuh way, cause mi live inna New Jersey. Mi will fly dung back when PNP win again

  • A das why nuffa unnoo still a praise pnp. unnoo noh live under di sufferation. THANK GOD FOR THE CHANGE

  • a paye ediat inna parliament..tsk...

  • If PNP wins expect DICTATORSHIP SYSTEM. So all you PNP supporters can stay there. Vote for a change for JLP!

  • Bruce might just change back to the NDM - I cant imagine calling James Robertson or Daryl Vaz - Honourable

  • what are you implying?

    talk yu mind!!

  • Its interesting how near election time the PNP true colours are being showed up before the entire nation. Look how much scandals Pnp councillor found with drugs,Salutra scandal with Phillip Pauwell and more is on the horizon. Stay tuned. :)

  • Bruce its full speed ahead....Lets kick this corrupt set of imposters out of parliment....Nuf said

  • Some the people who make comment on this page for the PNP, are you genetically connected? Is it that your guts are so full, that you all can't see your toes? And if that the case you see why we need to CHANGE COURSE!

Well it's not hard to see the people who just live for them self. If life is not for others why live?

Mr Buchanan says Bruce Golding is lying about shots being fired at the motorcade that Bruce was in. How can JLP be firing shots at a JLP motorcade that doesnt make any sense. MR BUCHANAN says Jamaican People are GANGSTAS!! YOU MR BUCHANAN IS AN ANIMAL!!

  • Spliffy... U nuh see that Don NOt Vote and some other clowns don't understand the importance of politics and the power of the vote. The future of the nation is in our hands or rather our fingers....Nuff Said

  • Is the fire bombing of the church by the PNP's supporters recently the symbol of the whip that Portia says will fall on the church if they don't support her? I believe with my heat and soul that it is.

This issue must be addressed because the perpetrators are the flag bearers of a new epoch.

  • Why is someone here trying to convince us not to vote, when it is exactly what we should have been doing years ago. We must use our vote to light a fire under these politicians. We must switch them when we ready, every one of them love to be in power, the switch will always hurt them...votes must be used as a weapon agianst those who disrespect.

  • Spliffy: People don't understand how precious their vote is. Too many sell it for promise of a likkle money today. Benjamin Franklin said "They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security deserve neither liberty or security".

  • Politicallysound ; I don't mean to be rude, but I think you and other people who think like you are intellectually circumcise. How can you say things will be the same after the next election? When Bruce win? PNP people admits that things were different under JLP administration in the past so it cant be business as usual

  • People listen to me, the younger generation needs A CHANGE, this is the only Government we know bottom line.

In my neck of the woods people are suffering, they say who feel's it know. I'm from a strong PNP back ground, but come that day, that the lord as made all that will CHANGE. All hail to Bruce almighty!!!!

  • raggaguru, can you explain to me why JLP sponsor criminals such as ONE ORDER murdering gangsters? CORRUPTION is the key policies of BOTH PNP and JLP. Or do you think that the Jamaican electorate should accept these scoundrels as "fate". its no use just keep repeating like a parrot: "vote jlp, vote jlp, vote jlp"

  • THEY MIGHT BE LIVING POOR but they part and dance to show off them material assists

  • You are such a loser!

  • y

    please explain

  • madonejamaicanforlif: What a shame. You show the same contempt for Jamaican people as do the government. You clearly have no concept of the hours worked by poor people in China, or the conditionsin which they live, or the lack of freedom for poor people in Cuba. If you did you wouldn't chat such nonsense.

  • but at lease they r strict and diligent and i base my opinion on the fact that neither communism or capitalism work but if we anaylize and take the good point of each maybe we can save our country from destruction rules that obeyed and the freedom to do what we want to an extent

  • (You clearly have no concept of the hours worked by poor people in China) work which keeps most of the first world afloat and on top why don't they band the product from these countries that have human right violation i have seen what communisms is from my education and some part of it works, it creates a nation with one goal one aim if the people believe in in it why cant we take the better of both to make one why

  • madeonejamaicanforlif: Seriously, though. Jamaican people pay taxes. Those taxes should be spent on providing a decent education and justice system, health services, roads etc. Politicians' salaries are paid by the people. They are supposed to be the servants of the people, not their masters. Why do you want to excuse them when they don't do their job properly?

  • Respect!

    Election prediction exclusive...

Jlp 53 Seats to Pnp 7 seats. Portia,Lisa Hanna,Peter Phillips,Omar Davis,Maxine,Pauwell and Pickersgill winning there seats... that make up the 7.

  • Brianmax...A you a the new Prophet.

  • This is the first time i can't wait to vote. For real PNP a rape Jamaica. Mi a jump off the PNP bus. Mi ago give Bruce a chance. This ad yah CONNECT!!! politicallyunsound: The White Rum Portia give you a show. Shut up you sound really dumb trying to defend Portia.

  • But thank you all for paying your taxes so I could get two degrees out of this country and leave! You people really don't know what clock is striking. Bruce and his "Miami-Dade" college graduates cannot solve the issue....ur better off with the old bus!

  • Politicallyunsound: Its people like you who run when there's a fight and throw stones from a distance... Tell all bloggers why we should continue voting for the PNP? That's if you care to enlighten us dunces with your political insight.

  • I think y'all are just being silly about who should win. The fact is that no matter who wins, the situation will be the same....trillion dollar trade deficit and the same set of pickney coming out dunce as hell....and worst since JLP says it will be free! What you all need to do is ask not what ur country can do for u but what you can do for your country! Silly azz people....ur situation is not going to change.....

  • To politically: And who should we blame for that?

The burnt up HOT DOGGZ IN ORANGE SHIRTS

  • To politicallysound: And who should we blame for the decline in the standard of living?

The BURNT UP HOT DOGGZ IN THE PNP GOVERNMENT.

By the way; you may want to tell the rest of the comrades that they should encourage the leader to give her speeeches in the Jamaican dialect because her command of the english language is very embarrassing and that is putting it mildly.
