I saw him play about a 90 minute set in Palisade which is maybe 18 miles from the old Burgin Family Farmhouse. So I talked my dad into going up to see the family. 1100 miles RT. His youngest brother and I spent the evening at River Bend Park watching Junior. $110 for two was a bit spendy, but still worth it. The weather was awesome and Colorado audiences are tops for letting you get up close and not picking fights and other nonsense. Arizonans suck! They booed Joe Ely off, Rush and others.
i have been a big fan of his since the first time i ever heard him he has a very unique style and sound and the guitsteel is also great hope to see him in concert someday thanks for the great posts always great to hear the continentel cowboy
