Wow! Your rabbit is almost an identical match to my dwarf rabbit. It is white with the same black eye paches. It even has a black spot low on its back like this rabbit. Eerie. My rabbit does this alot when I let her out of her cage as well.

@1helluva86 Yeah, the teeth grinding is a happy thing, rats like to do it as well. My rabbit was pretty calm at first, but now when she's out and poked at she binkys like crazy~ :D

@MicrowavedTofu Yeah but they never give up trying, and they can get really stuborn about it too. Might want to put cardboard and front of the sterio too. They never give up trying. I know. Just a caution to the wise. Cardboard barriers comes with the territory, but if you love your buns you don't mind.

Gamerz, you should littebox train them, of course! Give them a litterbox with some wood pellet litter (not regular cat litter!) and hay for them to munch on. Keep them in a smallish area with it first, and put it where they like to go. Google "house rabbit society" for lots of good info!

I recommend using Carefresh as litter or compact newspaper. Very absorbant! It is NOT recommended to use wood pellet litter.. especially if it's pine! THe oils from the wood can irritate the rabbits nasal cavity and also it is toxic if they consume it. If you must go with wood pellets, purchase wood stove burning pellets as they are usually not pine.

Check out the House Rabbit Society guides. You need to get several litter boxes. Put yummy hay in the boxes to encourage entry. Confine the bunny to a small area as he adjusts to using the litter box. When good habits develop, you can expand the area.
