I don't think I've ever seen a 40-60 with only one cylinder before.

I think this is a four cylinder opposed engine; that is what the literature on these tractors says. Next Labor Day I will take some detail shots that show the engine better.

It is a 4 cilinder opposed(boxer)

it can go way lower in rpm

btw it's a 40-80
