you can still do the glitch all you have to to do is a go to ur dashboard then to system settings and then go down to memory then select it then go to were u save ur hardrive and then press y or triangle and then clear the system cashe after that just run the game and select no when it asks to update then go to multiplayer and then split screen the castle then start and do the glitch.

You wont get banned for glitching in a game, that's the game producers fault anyway, so they choose to patch it instead of losing players. And Microsoft wont ''hack'' your account, and as I told you , you wont get banned, as long as you dont cheat or hack, this is just a glitch.
