I was there that day, didn't see this exchange but KNOW the SDPD picked up the papers and Jeff was NEVER served!! This freakish SDPD officer was as anti American as they usually are but even HE refused to "serve" papers for an unscrupulous attorney like Gilleon. Gilleon left the papers on a truck, unserved, and sped away. Another really a pathetic example of the lawlessness of the OBL crowd, led by Grandma Reconquista.
