Well, the feeling's mutual, isn't it?
Because a lot more people think the OFT are pathetic - CAG, MSE, the public, the banks, the court system, and the DCAs.
And also the government, who know that the OFT will buckle under pressure if they click their heels.
I think you mean 'successful'. It would seem that literacy is not your strong point.
