  • Is it true that she died becuz someone killed her? bE CAUSE SHE WAS SINGIN IN FRENCH IN SOMETHIN, BUT SHE WAS ACTUALLY EGYPTIAN? I JUST WANTTEIHAT'S ALL.

  • @cocolover1020 She was born in Cairo, but she's ethnically Italian, she sung in Arabic, Hebrew, French and Italian.

  • @mandalay390

What you are saying is a lie. You obviously are not from planet earth because if you were to see the rape statistics in Egypt and comapre it to any European or North American country you would know thast Egypt's rape statistics are far less than these countries. Why don't you actually do something a little intellectually stimulating and do some research.

  • Super Dalida

  • Egypt - a country with great history.

  • @ElenaNikG it's nice from you to say that

I am one of her sons :D

  • Hey guys, for sure every country has its own spirit, and also it's sure that every one loves and sees his/her country as the best country on the earth... but by the end of the day, we're all arabs and brothers.. so, we have to love all of the arab countries, and consider them all as one country that we love sooooooooo much..

    Regards,,,

  • meeedo

  • Magnifique chanson et interprétation de DAlIDA. Merci pour ce partage

  • Tu dis vrai.

  • egypt egypt egypt i love egypt wa belzat alex

  • this song is damn gooooooooooooood very inspiral

  • Egypt is the the best!

Also for all those that are confused and saying weird things like she was French or whatever:

She was Egyptian, born in Egypt. She had an Italian background though. But since she was bron in Egypt, she is still Egyptian, and I could tell from thsi song that was very porud of that.

  • I totally agree with you

  • I too, wish I could return to my beloved Egypt! So I agree with the singer.

  • Beautiful melody, beautiful song beautiful voice,Blessed the singer.

  • I am moroccan, each time i liten to this song i feel homesick for morocco, in mean time i feel like egypt is my country too. with full tears in my eyes always. the more I cry the more i listen to it. today it has being already number 30 times or more. I guess most moroccans have a lot of love and pride toward their country and some other arabic countries like egypt I think it is an arabic pride.

  • Such a sweet sweet song, love u dalida!

  • we all need to be proud of being Egyptians. Naguib Mahfouz and Youssef Chahine are examples of people that raised us high in the whole world and we are all capable of doing that. Let's stop complaining about the bad things that are happening to us and instead change it all. I'm no dreamer, I know that it is hard, but we need to start moving and wake up from our slumber. let's not let our Egypt to disintegrate into dust!!

  • helwa ya baladi

    umm al donya

    love u

  • i love u my homeland , i love u dalida

  • what a beautiful song..i also enjoyed my stay in cairo..what a city:) hi from croatia

  • what matters is she touched us all with her songs and passionate voice...this song is dedicated to egypte and i personally don't care whether she's italian, egyptian or french...love you dalida :) and may God bless ur soul!

  • FYI she is Egyptian from Italian backgrounds.

  • LOVE HER

  • She is Egyptian mate, she just has an Italian background.

  • Egypt you are the most beautiful name, Egypt you are the most beautiful country of this world and no country can be compared with you. An everlasting Love for you !

A Montmartre ...

  • Dalida god bless her soul in heaven the beautiful daughter of Egypt, we will never forget you.

  • very beautiful song to tomazz444 keep your cmment to your self becouse they smell very bad

  • Another wonderful song by Dalida. It's fabulous in all the languages Although it's dedicated to Egypt.
